    Are you our new
    Performance Marketer?

    San FranciscoFull-timeMarketing

Annual gross salary between $100K and $140K, depending on experience, skills and the scope of your role.

As a performance marketer at Bazooka you own paid growth end to end, from the strategy down to the bid. You will see the effect of every decision in booked meetings rather than in impressions.

    The role

    You will make a difference

You will build and run every paid channel we touch: LinkedIn, Google, Meta and whatever else earns its place. You own the budget, the creative brief, the landing page and the number at the end of it.

Because we sell a system that books meetings, attribution here is unusually clean. You can follow a click all the way through to a signed partnership, which means you will actually know what worked instead of arguing about it in a meeting.

    What you will actually do

    • Own paid strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Google and Meta
    • Brief and test creative relentlessly, and be honest about what loses
    • Build and optimise the landing pages and funnels sitting behind the campaigns
    • Own the budget and the cost per booked meeting
    • Build reporting that anyone in the company can read without you in the room
    • Feed everything you learn back into our organic and outbound motion
    The match

Reasons why this job is for you

    • You have around 2+ years running paid campaigns, ideally B2B and ideally with real budget behind them
    • You are hands on in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta, not supervising someone else
    • You are comfortable in analytics and can build a report somebody else can actually use
    • You test in a structured way instead of changing five things at once
    • You care about the number after the click, not the click
    • You can brief creative clearly, and you have opinions about it
    • You are based in San Francisco or ready to move there
    • Strong English, written and spoken
    Perks

A list of reasons why you might enjoy working with us

    Real ownership from week one

You get the whole problem, not a task list. No waiting your turn.

An office on a high floor in SF

Floor to ceiling glass, the Bay Bridge on one side, the Transamerica on the other.

A MacBook Pro and anything else you need

If a tool makes you faster, we buy it. You will not be filling in a form.

    Health, dental and vision covered

For you, properly, not a token contribution.

    Lunch every day

Catered, together, at the long table by the window.

    A gym membership on us

Whichever one you will actually use.

    A learning budget

Courses, conferences, books, and the time to use them.

    Direct access to both founders

Every day. There is no layer between you and the decisions.

Work that touches 120+ B2B companies

What you build on Monday is running in real pipelines by Friday.

    Commuter costs covered

    However you get here.

An annual trip with the whole team

The entire company, somewhere good, once a year.

    Team dinners and real Fridays

We like each other. It is not a policy, it just happens.

    About us

    Who are we?

Bazooka is a fast growing company in downtown San Francisco building one AI system that runs client acquisition for B2B businesses end to end. It finds the right prospects, reads them properly, runs the entire conversation, handles objections and books qualified meetings straight onto the calendar.

More than 120 B2B companies have worked with us, and four of them have let us publish their numbers with their names attached. The team is six people today and it is growing quickly, which is exactly why this role exists.
