    Are you our new
    Full Stack Developer?

    San FranciscoFull-timeEngineering

Annual gross salary between $140K and $190K, depending on experience, skills and the scope of your role.

We are looking for a full stack developer to help build the system itself. Not a marketing site and not an internal tool. The AI operator that runs client acquisition for more than 120 B2B companies every single day.

    The role

    You will make a difference

Bazooka is a real distributed system. Browser automation running around the clock, an AI agent holding thousands of live conversations, a planner that maps out every account's day, and a dashboard that has to show all of it honestly. You will work across the whole of it rather than one narrow slice.

The feedback loop is immediate, and slightly terrifying in the best possible way. What you ship today runs against real prospects tonight, and you will see it in the numbers tomorrow morning.

    What you will actually do

    • Build features across the stack, from the React dashboard to the Python services driving the automation
    • Work on the AI layer itself: prompts, tools, retrieval, evaluation and guardrails
    • Make things reliable, because this runs unattended around the clock and failures are visible to customers
    • Design the data model behind new capabilities, and own the migrations
    • Improve what already exists rather than only stacking new things on top
    • Ship it, watch it in production, and fix it fast when it misbehaves
    The match

Reasons why this job is for you

    • You have around 3+ years building and shipping production software
    • You are strong with TypeScript and React on the front end, and comfortable in Python on the back
    • You have worked with Postgres and you know what an index is for
    • You have shipped something that ran unattended, and you learned what breaks
    • Bonus points for LLMs, browser automation or queueing systems
    • You debug from evidence rather than from vibes
    • You are based in San Francisco or ready to move there
    • You would rather own a system than a ticket queue
    Perks

A list of reasons why you might enjoy working with us

    Real ownership from week one

You get the whole problem, not a task list. No waiting your turn.

An office on a high floor in SF

Floor to ceiling glass, the Bay Bridge on one side, the Transamerica on the other.

A MacBook Pro and anything else you need

If a tool makes you faster, we buy it. You will not be filling in a form.

    Health, dental and vision covered

For you, properly, not a token contribution.

    Lunch every day

Catered, together, at the long table by the window.

    A gym membership on us

Whichever one you will actually use.

    A learning budget

Courses, conferences, books, and the time to use them.

    Direct access to both founders

Every day. There is no layer between you and the decisions.

Work that touches 120+ B2B companies

What you build on Monday is running in real pipelines by Friday.

    Commuter costs covered

    However you get here.

An annual trip with the whole team

The entire company, somewhere good, once a year.

    Team dinners and real Fridays

We like each other. It is not a policy, it just happens.

    About us

    Who are we?

Bazooka is a fast growing company in downtown San Francisco building one AI system that runs client acquisition for B2B businesses end to end. It finds the right prospects, reads them properly, runs the entire conversation, handles objections and books qualified meetings straight onto the calendar.

More than 120 B2B companies have worked with us, and four of them have let us publish their numbers with their names attached. The team is six people today and it is growing quickly, which is exactly why this role exists.
